DBA Apps2Grow LLC ("Apps2Grow", "we", "us") operates an SMS messaging program to provide homeowners and real estate prospects with personalized property information, free home valuations, market updates, and real estate consultation offers. Messages are sent from (720) 477-6642.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 4 messages per month. Message frequency may increase or decrease based on your interactions with our program.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier rates apply based on your mobile plan. Apps2Grow does not charge any additional fee for participation in this SMS program. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan's messaging rates.

Reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe from the Apps2Grow SMS program. You may also send any of the following keywords:

Upon receipt of your opt-out request, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. Your number will be immediately added to our suppression list and will never be contacted again.

End users (homeowners) are contacted based on publicly available property records and real estate data. Prior to sending any message, recipients are identified as property owners with a potential interest in home valuation or real estate services based on their ownership status, property equity, or listing activity.

Every outbound message includes a clear opt-out instruction ("Reply STOP to opt out"). Upon receiving a STOP reply, the recipient is immediately added to a suppression list and never contacted again. No further messages are sent to any number that has opted out.
