Pipeline Pilot Service Agreement

This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Apps2Grow LLC ("Company," "we," "us") and the subscriber ("Customer," "you") upon purchase of the Pipeline Pilot subscription service. By completing your purchase, you agree to be bound by the terms below.

1. Description of Service

Pipeline Pilot is an AI-powered Sales Development Representative (SDR) platform that automates outbound prospecting through cold email, AI voice calls, and SMS follow-ups. The service is provided on a monthly subscription basis and includes account setup, campaign management tools, and customer support as described in your selected plan tier.

2. Subscription and Billing

Your subscription begins on the date of purchase and renews automatically each calendar month. You authorize Apps2Grow to charge the subscription fee to your payment method on file each month until you cancel. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in Section 7.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing [email protected]. Cancellations must be received at least 5 business days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month. Upon cancellation, your access to Pipeline Pilot will continue through the end of your current billing period.

4. Compliance Obligations

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of Pipeline Pilot complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to the CAN-SPAM Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), GDPR, and any applicable state or local laws governing commercial communications. Apps2Grow provides the platform and tools; the content of your outreach campaigns and the selection of recipients are your responsibility.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Pipeline Pilot to send unsolicited messages to individuals who have opted out of communications, to engage in deceptive or misleading practices, to violate any third-party platform's terms of service, or to conduct any illegal activity. Apps2Grow reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without refund if you violate these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and technology comprising the Pipeline Pilot platform are the exclusive property of Apps2Grow LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service during your subscription period. You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to the platform.

7. Refund Policy

All subscription fees are non-refundable. If you experience a material service failure attributable to Apps2Grow, please contact us within 7 days and we will work to resolve the issue or provide a pro-rated credit at our discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apps2Grow's total liability to you for any claims arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim. Apps2Grow is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost leads.

9. Modifications

Apps2Grow reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.
